Ranking Properties
Each property in your shortlist can be ranked from 1 to 5 on various aspects. These rankings can then be used to calculate an average score for the property. To rank a property it must be in your shortlist. Once it is saved in the shortlist, go to detailed view by clicking on the link found under your shortlist on the results page, or by clicking on the name of the shortlist in the My Profile page.
On the detailed view of your shortlist you will see a series of stars with a heading for each aspect you can rate the property on. Simply click on the stars to set your rating, with one star being poor and five excellent. To not rank on a specific aspect, so it is not used to calculate the average score, leave all the starts blank or click on the X.
The ranking report can be accessed once you have ranked some properties. To view the ranking report click on the tab found on the detailed view of your shortlist. The report shows a synopsis of all the property rankings, allowing you to order the properties by their rankings and to print the report out.
